These Terms & Conditions apply to the new pkl platform and all its services. By using new pkl — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel — you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read this document carefully before using our services.

New pkl is an online entertainment gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers Sports Betting, online lottery, jackpot, and other gaming services. All new pkl services are exclusively for users of legal age (18+).

To create an account on new pkl, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. new pkl reserves the right to close any account opened with false information, at any time.

Key registration requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a permanent resident of Bangladesh
• A valid mobile number and email address are required
• Only one account per person is permitted
• Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but verification is required if they share the same device or IP address
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed using a National ID or passport

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing them with anyone is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@newpkl.net.

All financial transactions on new pkl are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposited funds are credited directly to your gaming balance.

Important terms regarding deposits:

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name
• Payments through third parties are not accepted
• No additional charges on deposits
• new pkl may request additional documentation to verify any suspicious transactions

Your account must be fully verified to withdraw winnings from new pkl. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though in certain cases it may take 3–5 business days.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳ 2,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from bonuses
• Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal
• A selfie and NID verification are mandatory for your first withdrawal

New pkl regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

General bonus terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only
• A wagering requirement of 15–35x typically applies before a bonus can be withdrawn
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise
• If bonus abuse or system exploitation is proven, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited
• Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately

The following rules apply at all times to Sports Betting on new pkl. Before placing a bet, make sure you fully understand the odds, match rules, and market conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳ 50
• Maximum bet amounts and winning limits vary depending on the event
• Live betting terms will apply once a match has kicked off
• Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled or postponed
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided
• Suspicious betting patterns may result in payment holds pending investigation
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited

New pkl's online lottery and jackpot services operate through a fully automated and fair system. Every draw is conducted using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring complete impartiality.

• Results are finalised once the scheduled draw is completed after ticket purchase
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw, or they will be forfeited
• Identity verification is mandatory for large winnings (over ৳50,000)
• Jackpot winnings are paid in full to a single account and are not split
• Syndicate lottery winnings will be split equally among all participants
• If a draw is cancelled due to a technical error, the ticket price will be refunded

The following activities are strictly forbidden on new pkl. Violations may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Registering with a fake or another person's identity
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or hacking
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
• Bonus abuse or collusion (collecting bonuses through multiple accounts)
• Match fixing or use of insider information
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members
• False claims or chargebacks filed against the platform

You may request to close your new pkl account at any time. Equally, new pkl reserves the right to close any account found to be in violation of its rules.

For voluntary account closure:

• A written request must be sent to support@newpkl.net
• All active bets will be settled before the account is closed
• Any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days following verification
• Unused bonus balance will not be refunded

In the event of closure by new pkl:

• A confirmed rule violation may result in immediate account suspension
• In cases of fraud, the entire account balance will be forfeited
• Banned users will not be permitted to open a new account

New pkl believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. We are committed to the mental and financial well-being of all our members. If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, please seek help.

• Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly spend limits
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break for anywhere from 7 days to permanently
• Cooling-off period: temporary account suspension for 24 to 72 hours
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications during extended sessions
• Referral to specialist support if signs of gaming addiction are present
